A local conversation

Messages entered in the chatbot are analysed directly in your browser. They are neither stored by OZY TV nor automatically sent to the association.

Information is only shared if you choose to open and send the email prepared by the assistant.

Your request, sent directly

The Send my request button sends your information to OZY TV’s private inbox. A confirmation and reference appear only after the request has been saved. If submission fails, you can try again or send the message yourself by email.

The data used is what you provide: identity, contact details, profile, needs, timing and project description.

Responding to your request

Information received is used to reply, clarify your needs, prepare a conversation or quote, and follow up on the project. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the person and, for professional follow-up, OZY TV’s legitimate interest in managing its relationships.

Limited access

The website inbox and dashboard are restricted to OZY TV’s owner account. Hosting and email providers help deliver these services. Data is neither sold nor shared for advertising.

Requests saved on the website are retained for one year. Email exchanges are retained for follow-up, for up to three years after the last active contact, unless a legal obligation, contract or dispute requires a different period.

An optional choice you can change

Audience measurement relies on your consent. No measurement events are sent before you agree. We count pages viewed, broad traffic sources, approximate countries where available, and selected clicks to artists, videos, services and contact options.

A random browser identifier is retained for 30 days and a visit identifier for the tab session. Your acceptance or refusal is remembered for six months. Events are retained for 90 days. Page addresses are recorded without query parameters or fragments; form text and IP addresses are not recorded in the statistics.

The Audience preferences button, available on the website pages, lets you withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops new events and deletes measurement identifiers from this browser. DNT and GPC privacy signals are also respected.

Limiting abusive submissions

To limit repeated requests, a short-lived technical hash is calculated from the IP address, or the email address if no IP address is available, and an hourly time window. This protection does not store the raw IP address; counters expire after two hours.

Spotify, Instagram & YouTube

On the YAMALO and LUDŌ pages, Spotify loads only on request. Then use the play button to start listening. Once enabled, Spotify may read or store trackers under its own policies.

LUDŌ’s page includes three embedded Instagram videos. Loading them may send technical information to Instagram under its own privacy policy. Each video also includes a link to open it directly on Instagram.

In the video library, YouTube is contacted only after a deliberate hover over a thumbnail on a compatible device. The preview is muted, temporary and uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain; clicking then opens the original video on YouTube.

On the homepage and LUDŌ’s page, the On a tous le choix player loads after you click “Load the YouTube player”. It uses youtube-nocookie.com without autoplay. You can remove it at any time; a link also opens the video directly on YouTube.

You can pause playback in the player or remove it from the page. To delete any trackers already set, also use your browser’s privacy settings.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of data shared with OZY TV, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, France’s data protection authority.
